Creator Terms.

These terms govern your participation in the Align13 Creator Programme (“the Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme you agree to these terms.
1. Commission
Approved creators earn 30% recurring commission on every eligible Align13 subscription attributable to them, for as long as the subscriber remains actively subscribed. Individual commission rates may be varied by mutual agreement in writing.
2. What counts as an eligible purchase
An eligible purchase is a paid Align13 subscription (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime) purchased by a new customer who was attributed to your affiliate account within a 30-day attribution window from clicking your referral link or entering your creator code. Only one affiliate can be credited per customer.
3. Recurring commission
For Monthly and Annual subscriptions, commission accrues on every successful qualifying renewal. Commission stops when the subscription is cancelled or expires. Lifetime purchases pay commission once.
4. Refunds & reversals
If a customer is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed. If a chargeback occurs, the commission is reversed. Cancellations stop future commission but do not reverse historical, legitimately-earned commission.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Make misleading claims about Align13, its accuracy, or outcomes.
- Impersonate Align13 or imply an official employment/partnership beyond the Creator Programme.
- Bid on Align13 brand terms in paid search (Google Ads, etc.) without written permission.
- Spam, use bots, incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing, or misleading redirects.
- Self-refer or use a friend/family/multiple accounts to earn commission on your own purchases.
- Publish content that harms the safety or dignity of vulnerable audiences (medical distress, financial crisis, etc.).
6. Payments
Payouts are calculated monthly. Minimum payout balance is £25 (or equivalent). Below-minimum balances roll over. Approved commissions become payable after a customary hold period. Version 1 payouts are handled manually via PayPal / Wise / bank transfer; automated payouts arrive later.
7. Suspension & termination
Align13 may suspend, terminate, or withhold payment from any affiliate account for breach of these terms, fraud, or content harmful to users. We will explain the reason and, where reasonable, offer a chance to remedy.
8. No guaranteed earnings
Earnings depend entirely on the eligible purchases your audience makes. We make no representation about likely income.
9. Tax
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commission earnings in your jurisdiction. Align13 may request tax residency information or a valid invoice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice by email. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
